  • Technical Issues: If the game or content is inaccessible due to technical problems or bugs that prevent you from accessing paid features, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team with details of the issue.
  • Unauthorised Charges: If you are charged without your consent or due to accidental subscription purchase, a refund can be justified. Please report any unauthorised charges to our support team immediately. Subscription fees are non-refundable after the second subscription period has started.
  • Content Changes or Removal: If promised content is significantly altered or removed from the subscription, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact support with details of the changes.
  • Misleading Advertising: If the game content does not match the advertised features or quality promised at the time of subscription, you may have grounds for a refund. Provide evidence of the misleading advertising when contacting support.
  • Cancellation Period: Subscription services allow refunds if you cancel within 42 hours. Ensure you cancel within this period to be eligible for a refund. Subscription fees are non-refundable within the first subscription renewal, after the second subscription period has started, the account is not eligible for a refund.
  • Trial Periods: If you were not informed about a transition from a trial to a paid subscription, or if automatic billing starts before the trial ends, you may be entitled to a refund. Contact support with details of your trial and billing.
